Er...this sites name is the name of a Nintendo game[ Wii Play]
Should't you change this sites name in case Nintendo decides to take it down for copyright issues[or buy it and change it to a site for the game's site.] Either that or you should get Nintendo's approval to keep it. No offense or anything, it is a clever site. Just saying.

We registered this domain months and months before Wii Play was announced, so even though Nintendo has a "Wii Play" trademark, this domain is still legally ours. They would only have a right to it if we registered the domain AFTER the trademark was filed.

But I think that the name was announced as a trademark like a long time ago. Even though Wii Play came out in America later, it came out near December in Japan with the Wii launch. When did you buy this domain?
